Why I love Portugal!!!

Because is the country where I was born! because if full of beautiful people!! amazing food and wine!!!

In May I had the opportunity to go for a short break and it was just...... uma maravilha!!!


A walk in Chiado, with a stop for a refreshment in the Quiosque do Refresco,


stop for lunch in the Confeitaria Nacional,


followed by an amazing ice cream in Santini!!


and if you've been in the Chiado area.. you know.... the night might as well finish with a....


caipirinha/mojito for two.. or maybe three :)

Walking in Cascais.........


having an amazing grilled fish,


A quick trip to Faro, for the W day arrangements!


and since you are in Algarve... but better as well have!!!


seafoooodddddddddddddddddddd... a Portugal I miss you!!! counting down the days for August :)

The Portuguese Life

One of my favorite stores in Lisbon is with out any question "A Vida Portuguesa ". Its one of those stores that makes you travel in time just by looking at the different objects they have!



The concept is really cool, they've recovered many of the traditional products that Portuguese people used to buy 50 or more years ago, that unfortunately started being lost with time..

But now! you know were to find them! :)

also very known by their publicity slogan “anda na boca de toda a gente” (something like is in everyones mouth)



I had a couple of them when a I was little :D
